As I approached the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012 I found myself in a place of contemplation a place of stillness unfamiliar to me. Usually, I am a go-getter, a goal setter, a dreamer, a mover...but December proved to be a month of silence, hibernation, of waiting. Both professionally and personally there was little-to-nothing I could do to "move things along". I was being told to wait, to have patience, to sit as the things around me organized themselves. Then suddenly, with the dawn of Christmas - a time we associate with birth and jubilee there was movement, excitement, rejuvination, blossoming, celebration. Things were anew and the possibilities endless...
It is with this spirit I enter the new year. In the new year I have dedicated myself to continue the burst of recycled energy I so recently experienced. One way I hope to do this is to take you- and anyone else who is willing back into the world of manadalas. I have renewed my
Mandala Mission - only this time my blog is open the public cyberworld and I am inviting, family, friends, aquaintences, and you to join the Mission. I have started with a mandala of my own, but hope that this space becomes filled with mandalas from near and far.
I hope that in this new year we can learn from each other, connect to each other, hope together, dream together and experience the mandala as one. Cheers!
